• Drivethe growth agenda of Emcure in FWA with full responsibility on the P&L todeliver both top and bottom line targets.
• Ensureproper resource allocation (SoV & Marketing Investment) per individualcountry and run regular discussions with the assigned marketing agencies tohighlight successes, gaps and possible corrective measures.
• Drivecustomized commercial strategies to ensure being competitive commercially atthe level of pharmacies, hospitals and local wholesalers.  
• Followup on the individual performance of the marketing agencies’ team; rewarding andmotivation of the high performers, identifying gaps and root cause of lowperformers and aligning with the marketing agencies’ management on the viablecorrective measures.
• Managingbusiness relationship with local wholesalers to ensure having adequate stockslevels in line with commercial initiatives including alignment on commercialcampaigns between local wholesalers and other key stakeholders in the fullchain of supply.
• Setobjectives for the cluster’ product manager to ensure having efficientmarketing campaigns, materials and tools.
• Ensurehaving launch plans for new products to ensure successful launches and achievelaunch KPIs.
• Ensurehaving effective communication and promotional tools to leverage the efficiencyof the sales team in driving key brands and new launches.
• Helpcreate and maintain a strategic market access plan for Emcure products indifferent market channels.
• Remain current regarding theexternal market access environment.
• Exploretender opportunities in different countries and support the regional tenderteam by providing insights and doing the necessary support on the ground withtender bodies.
