• Performance Analysis :Regularly assess sales force performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the South African pharmaceutical market to ensure ETHICA remains competitive
• Process Optimization : Contribute to enhancing sales processes and implementing new CRM and analytics technologies.
• Reporting & Planning :Assist in developing tools to track objectives and create accurate sales forecasts.

• Engineering degree (all specialties) with additional training in Business Intelligence (BI), Power BI, or AI.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI and Power BI.
• Analytical mindset – ability to interpret complex data.
• Organizational & communication skills – comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Team player – ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
