Job Description

At GROUPE ETHICA , we are looking for a Market Access & Key Account Manager to drive market access execution and develop strategic customer accounts across one or more countries.

This role plays a key part in improving access to our portfolio by engaging with private payers, medical schemes, administrators, corporates, hospitals, and healthcare centres. The successful candidate will also contribute to business growth through strong key account management and strategic stakeholder engagement.

The position includes an important leadership and coordination dimension, working closely with in-country Product Specialists to ensure aligned strategy execution, strong customer engagement, and effective delivery of business priorities.

Key Responsibilities :
Market Access
-Develop and implement market access plans aligned with brand and business strategy
-Engage key stakeholders to strengthen product access and reimbursement positioning
-Secure payer and institutional listings and support inclusion in treatment pathways and funding protocols
-Monitor reimbursement trends, policy developments, and competitor activity
-Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, and marketing teams
Key Account Management
-Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customer accounts
-Develop and execute account plans to drive sustainable growth
-Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans
-Ensure strong customer engagement and effective follow-up
Leadership & Collaboration
-Work closely with in-country Product Specialists to align priorities and execution
-Provide guidance, support, and coordination across relevant teams
-Promote collaboration and high performance across markets

Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a professional with experience in market access, key account management, managed care, or strategic healthcare commercial roles, ideally within pharmaceuticals, specialty care, or healthcare solutions.
Key competencies include:
✔ Strong market access and payer engagement experience
✔ Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts
✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
✔ Commercial and strategic mindset
✔ Ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
